Terms & Conditions – NomadNest Housing

● Eligibility: Must be 18+, verified via ID and proof of income/guarantor.

● Shared Living: Respect for cleanliness, quiet hours, and shared spaces is expected.

● Visitors: No overnight guests without approval; violations fined at $125+/night.

● Internet Use: Personal use only. Illegal downloads, tampering with Wi-Fi/streaming accounts is prohibited.

● Utilities Cap: Up to $145/month included. Overages split among tenants.

● Service Fee: $120–$150 non-refundable, due at booking (covers verification, lease prep, support).

● Eviction Triggers: Frequent late payments, illegal activity, noise complaints, unauthorized guests, or damage.

● Move-out Time: 10:00 AM. Failure to vacate may result in additional fees.
